How to strengthen your back just by sitting

Sitting is the enemy. If you have to sit for long periods of time, think about investing in an exercise ball. Sitting causes back, neck and shoulder pain because we’re locked in bad postures for hours on end. But because the ball is unstable, it’s always moving – and those little movements will strengthen your muscles and help keep you supple – so you’ll be less likely to experience inflammation and pain.
